Wage Easy Payroll can be used in conjunction with many common accounting programs. A full range of general ledger accounts can be established in Wage Easy Payroll, using a numbering or naming system that coincides with the accounting system. At the end of each pay period, Wage Easy Payroll can then be instructed to produce an export file containing the correctly formatted accounting transactions, ready for import by the accounting package. |

For more advanced systems, automatic data transfer between Wage Easy Payroll and other programs can be arranged. As the Wage Easy Payroll data is managed by an industry standard RDMS, many large systems will be able to gain direct access to the database. |
